Homebrew Chu (Pikachu Evolution Chain) Species Details

Pichu The Tiny Mouse Pokémon. Despite its small size, it can zap even adult humans. However, if it does so, it also surprises itself.
Pikachu, The Mouse Pokémon. It can generate electric attacks from the electric pouches located in both of its cheeks.
Raichu The Mouse Pokémon. Its long tail serves as a ground to protect itself from its own high-voltage power.

CHU NAMES
The Chu name their offspring by their physical and mental features, for example, if you see a Pikachu that has little tufts on the tips of its ears and is usually calm and laid back then the Pikachu might be called TuftBack. Middle names are the father Chu's name indicating what father they belong to. Last names are the first father of the family's name.
Here are some examples of some Chu names:
First Names: TwichTail, BiteRage, TuftBack, JokeGnaw, KindFlick, BraveHead.
Last Names: Boltxell-Ofen, ZapTurn-Keer, VoltMind-Q, ShockFell-Mune.
Chu (Pikachu Evolution Chain) Traits

Evolution
The Chu go though a growth process called Evolution. And as far as we know these are all of their forms.
Pichu, The Tiny Mouse Pokémon. Despite its small size, it can zap even adult humans. However, if it does so, it also surprises itself. They are considered as young children and babes. They are born from Pikachu or Raichu as an Pichu egg.
Pikachu, The Mouse Pokémon. It can generate electric attacks from the electric pouches located in both of its cheeks. These Chu are considered as young adults and have reached maturity. They Evolve from Pichu at level 4.
Raichu, The Mouse Pokémon. Its long tail serves as a ground to protect itself from its own high-voltage power. They are the most powerful out of all The Chu and the only ones that can become Elders. They Evolve from Pikachu using a Thunder Stone that is at level 14.
Electric Mouse
The Chu are a species of electric mice. So (obviously) they have electric powers and have resistance to lightning damage.
Pichu has a hard time controlling it's powers. So it often hurts itself on accident, you have a 1d4 added to every attack or spell that uses the lightning damage type , but you have to roll a DC 10 CON saving throw or take 1d4 lightning damage.
Pikachu unlike Pichu can control it's powers and the output of the power. So it has plus 1d4 or 1d8 to any melee attack and attacks and spells that use the lightning damage type.
Raichu has compete mastery over it's power and has a plus 1d4 or 1d8 or 1d12 lightning damage to all of its attacks! and advantage to every attack and spell that uses the lightning damage type.
You also know the Shocking Grasp cantrip.
Chu Nimbleness
You can move through the space of any creature that is of a size larger than yours.
Languages
The Chu understand Common and Chu.
