Homebrew Wolven Species Details

"They hear the howls and know fear."

Wolven are bipedal humanoids resembling grey wolves. Most Wolven clans live on the outskirts of civilization, favoring a nomadic hunter lifestyle. Very few Wolven survive outside of their respective clans.

However, those that do chose to leave find strength in other forms, ranging from the arcane and the divine to martial prowess.

Although Wolven are bipedal, they are not as nimble as many other races. Most of their speed comes from their ability to sprint at great speeds. Wolven have a base walking speed of 25ft, however when taking the "Dash" Action, they drop to all fours and their speed is tripled (x3) instead of doubled (x2).

Wolven are similar to humans in terms of stature and lifespan but due to their isolated culture, Wolven are rarely encountered outside of remote tundras, taiga and frozen deserts, never staying in one place for very long.
