Homebrew Deathless Species Details
"On my adventures around the world I have encountered many strange and unique creatures. However, I have never encountered anything as strange as my newfound companion Gourmatii. He glows with the strangest colors and seems to talk to himself often, he is a good friend and a hard worker though. When I met him he seemed to have no memory of where he was or who he was for that matter. I found him washed up on the beach, wearing nothing more than rags. I helped him off the rocks got him some clothes and introduced him to my crew. No one had seen anything like him before. He claimed to not remember how he ended up on the shoreline, but he did speak common well enough. My crewmates started calling him gourmatii after the ship, the gourmatte, which he failed to pronounce no matter how hard he tried, the pour soul.
-Orwell Black, Captain of the Gourmatte
