Homebrew Dacian Species Details

Dacians are a nomadic civilization of aliens that have been merchants and wanderers so long that their home planet is unknown. They stand 6 feet tall and weigh 200 to 250 pounds on average, with stout bodies, 4 arms, gray skin, and long legs. The majority of Dacians live on spaceships of their own build and of varying (although all big) sizes. These are called townships, cityships, and kingdomships. The few Dacians who live in smaller communities are usually on ships called rangerships, with a capacity of about 20 creatures. Most Dacians are merchants, traveling around the galaxy trading items, while cityships and kingdomships also trade within their own communities.

Dacian Traits

As a Dacian, you gain the following racial traits:

Four Arms

You have four arms. You can dual-wield weapons that are not light, as long as they lack the heavy property. Unless all four of your hands are full, you can still carry a shield or arcane focus in a fourth hand. In addition, you have advantage on Sleight of Hand checks.

Ability Score Increase

Your Charisma increases by 2, and your Strength increases by 1.

Merchanting Prowess

Your business skills are finely tuned. You gain advantage on all ability checks made to haggle.

Echolocation

You have blindsight within 60 feet and are blind past this radius. You have immunity to the blinded condition. This trait does not function when you are deafened, during which time you are blinded.
