Brood of Both

Dracthyr have a very different appearance from their close relatives the Dragonborn, they maintain much of their human ancestors form with Draconic characteristics. They have hair with a color that varies on parentage, patches of scales, horns that shows their connection to their draconic lineage as well as wings and a tail whilst their skin and the shape of their body hold their connection to humanity. Their weight and height is closely associated to that of a human however the dracthyr have incredibly dense muscles and as such appear larger than they may weigh, due to this they gain vastly more strength than most humans.

Due to their mixed blood, Dracthyr have varied interpretations regarding their roots. They may yet choose to align themselves to their draconic lineage by show of devotion if they are persecuted against, or may join the standards of human society. Some may even decline both if they so wish.

Paths of Life

Unknowing what they should do with their new life, dracthyr tend to search for some direction in their lives. Whether it be devotion to a clan of dragons, self adventure, or societal contribution. This race explores all that may interest them in their search for themselves.

A drive of exploration of the world and themselves allows many dracthyr to become adventurous and curious. Many wander from place to place until they have finally settled down with their chosen path in life.

As they have the desire to explore, they more often than not come in contact with others that are surprised of their existence. Many people are expected to be curious of their birth if they have not met this race before. This leads to a interesting journey for the dracthyr and those they come in contact with.
