Homebrew Wretched Hafling Species Details

Short and hunched over, greenish skin and visible back bones poking threw skin. Largish yellow eyes. Long white hair in thin strides on head, almost bald. Can be about 3"7. 4"7 if standing straight up.  (It almost never is)
