Homebrew Ailuridae Species Details
Ailuridae, resembling red pandas, are the result of research carried out by wizards trying to refine the Awaken spell. Over a period of several centuries, the small ailuridae developed into intelligent creatures with their own society. The long dead researchers having drifted into legend, they were now looked at as their gods and worshiped regularly throughout their daily lives.
The ailuridae are normally solitary creatures but have been known to accommodate a mate in their domicile.
Ailuridae Traits

Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Wisdom score increases by 1.
Age
Ailuridae reach adulthood at age 5 and live up to 70 years.
Alignment
Ailuridae are typically true neutral, as they tend to keep to themselves. A few ailuridae might tend toward good or evil, but only rarely.
Size
Ailuridae are between 3 and 4 feet tall and weigh between 40 and 80 pounds. Your size is Small.
Speed
Your base climbing and walking speed is 30 feet
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Furry Intimidation
As an action, you stand up proudly and stick your paws up in the air in a threatening way. Perform an Intimidation check against one creature you can see within 30 feet of you, on a failed roll, the creature has disadvantage on attacks made against you until the start or your next turn. You, in turn, have advantage on attacks against the creature. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Nimble Escape
You can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of your turns.
