The Axolotl are a rare aquatic race, native to pools located deep in the caves of the Underdeep. They have an appearance very similar to the axolotl, Ambystoma mexicanum, except humanoid and considerable bluer.

You reach adulthood at around 20, and live up to 100 years old. Your physical appearance remains childlike for the entirety of your life.

Axolotls usually only grow to around 4 or 5 feet. Your size is small or Medium

Accustomed to the Dark environments of the water, you have Dark vision of up to 60ft.
Amphibious Nature
You can breathe both air and water.
You have a swim speed of 30ft
Axolotl Regeneration
Twice per long rest as an action you kick start your own healing, you regain your Level + Con + Proficiency bonus HP.
If Unconscious you can still use this ability but at the cost of 1 point of exhaustion.
Additionally you can regrow a lost limb over a period of 1D12 +4 days.
