Homebrew Antlions Species Details
The Antlions are an advanced race evolved from termites. The Antlions have a slim tall exoskeleton plated body with a short round head with 2 jet-black eyes with thin antennas sprouting out the top. The Antlions also have 6 limbs, 2 for standing up right and the rest are used for hands (the extra limb proved no advantage in combat). Even though they are a hive mind they are still able to experience emotions and independent thought.

Antlions don't have their own language as they speak to other antlions by their antennas but can speak Common and one language of your choice.
Compound Eyes
Do to the Antlions unique eye structure they are able to see way better then most races. You gain 60ft of Darkvision and you gain proficiency in Perception.
Weapons Training
Antlion must complete a small bit of weapon training before they leave their colonies. You gain proficiency in Daggers, Shortswords, Longswords, and Greatswords.
Antlion's Fangs
Do to you strong jaws you gain a new attack. This attack does 1d4 + your strength modifier piercing damage. This attack improves at levels 5, 10 and 15 by gaining an extra 1d4.
Ability Score Increase
Your Strength score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Age
An Antlion grow rapidly as they reach adulthood at about 10-years-old. They live to be about 50.
Size
Antlions average about 5-6 feet tall and weigh about 100-150 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed
You base walking speed is 30ft and you can borrow 10ft.
