Homebrew Ashen Elf Species Details
A distinct and unique offshoot of the Elven Race, the Ashen Elves actively turn their backs on the high magics and luxuries common in the lives of other Elves. Instead they embrace adversity and hardship in the belief that all that does not kill them only makes them stronger. Theirs is a land of ash and smoke, and similarly their skin is pale or ashen while their eyes glow like cherry-red embers. Ashen Elves have a special relationship with what they call the living fire, which they believe purifies and cleanses them of impurities and weaknessess, and they can call upon their fire to scorch their foes.
A typical Ashen Elf has a life span of 750 years.
