You don’t need to eat, drink, or breath. You Also don’t need sleep, but you still need short or long rests for recharges and health. Also, when you sleep, you are fully aware or your surroundings.

Each short or long rest, you can add a melee weapon or shield to your arm. You can use your Bonus action to change your hand to the weapon. It can not be two handed, but it can be a thrown weapon. And it immediately comes act to you if you do throw it. You can add magic weapons as long as you are attuned to it.

 Basically, all humanoids will respect or fear you. And creatures that know about humans will know about you.
