Homebrew Cherub Species Details

Celestial Guardians

Cherubs were created to be the celestial guardians of the people, and to do so they have many tasks. Most importantly they were created in an area to protect and take the people down the path of good. To influence and be accepted by the people they were gifted with long life spans and a harmless facade. They can live as long as the oldest elves and their appearance of a very young child with white fluffy wings would never change. By far there hardest job they must do to protect the people is to deal with evils and monstrosities plaguing the lands.

Cherub's Creator

Unlike most races and creatures that walk these lands Cherubs weren't born, they were created. Their connection with their god is deep and binding, and through it they can be shown visions and dreams of what they have to accomplish. When they were created they were bound to a place, usually with populated with people, however this could be anywhere: a large mountain range; a city full of people; or an island even. While they can leave their lands for a purpose they always have a connection to it, being able to sense what is happening in that area.
