Homebrew Awoken Species Details

The Awoken used to be a group of humans on a ship traveling far from home during the Collapse. However, they ran across an entrance to a dimension known as the Distributary. They are fiercely loyal to whomever the pledge said loyalty to, and will fight no matter the cost for said person. Thousands of years can pass in the Distributary, while less than a day could potentially have passed outside.

Awoken Traits

They are light blueish skinned, their eyes have glowing pupils, and some can levitate small objects for short periods of time

They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.
