Elves reach maturity at 20 and can live indefinitely. They only die if they are killed.

You can see in dim light within 60ft of you as if it were bright light, and darkness as if it were dim light, you can’t discern colors in darkness, only shades of gray.

Elves do not require sleep, but can enter a restful waking dream state, and only require this trance for 4 hours a day to receive a benefit of a long rest, obeying all the rules of long resting besides duration.

You gain proficiency your choice of one of the following skills: Acrobatics, Athletics, or Perception skills.

Elves speak, read, and write Common and the Ancient Language

Elves are naturally talented with Gramarye, as they speak the Ancient Language as their native tongue, and have greater reserves of energy.

You gain one cantrip from either the druid or bard spell list, using your Wisdom or Charisma for your spellcasting ability respectively.

Additionally, you gain one additional hit die. This does not alter your Maximum Hit Points, but this hit die can be used for recovery during short rests or for use with the spell Feats on page 15.
