They are fond of sprinkling their speech with words borrowed from other tongues: Orc curses, Elvish musical expressions, Dwarvish military phrases, and so on.

Atlanteans being used to living in the Ocean floor have become accustomed to the pressure, granting then Resistence to Non-Magic Bludgeoning damage.

Atlanteans being used to being surrounded by water must drink at least half a gallon (1 entire waterskin) every 3 hours or suffer a level of Fatigue. To remove levels of Fatigue you must submerge yourself in water for 1 hour for each level of fatigue gained this way.

In addition to this, while sleeping you must submerge yourself in water or wake up with 1d2+1 levels of Fatigue until you do so.

Atlanteans are Vulnerable to Fire based damage, and have disadvantage to resist Heat Exhaustion.
