The magic that placed their soul into the mannequin binds it to their soul. So long as the curse is never lifted, or the body of the mannequin isnt destroyed, the age is endless. 

Most alignments of cursed mannequins is evil. It is normally a curse placed upon one for punishment. 

Your size is Medium. To set your height and weight randomly, start with rolling a size modifier:

Size modifier = 2d6

Height = 5 feet + 10 inches + your size modifier in inches

Weight in pounds = 270 + (4 × your size modifier)

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

The mannequins construction is remarkable. Heavy hard wood was used in its construction, giving it a very resistant body. 

• You have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned, and you have resistance to poison damage.
• You don’t need to eat, drink, or breathe.
• You are immune to disease.
• You don’t need to sleep, and magic can’t put you to sleep.

When you take a long rest, you must spend at least six hours in an inactive, motionless state, rather than sleeping. In this state, you appear inert, but it doesn’t render you unconscious, and you can see and hear as normal.

At the DM's discretion, once a month, roll a d20 when taking a long rest. On a 1, the curse that has been placed upon you begins to drain you mentally. While resting, you begin to hallucinate your greatest fear, but are paralyzed and unable to move. The effect of the long rest is negated in this case. 

You have advantage on stealth checks when you stand completely still. 

When you stand still, you are almost indistinguishable from a regular mannequin or statue. Without the need to breathe and the inability to speak, its very difficult for those who are not directly looking for you, to see you. 

You gain one skill proficiency and one tool proficiency of your choice.

You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
