Homebrew Caudaling Species Details

Caudalings are enormous dragon-like serpents with multiple tails and can range from fifty to one-hundred feet long. Females are the dominant sex in this race, so they are larger and stronger than their male counterparts, and they act as warriors. They hail from The Giant Realm, an alternate dimension of Earth where everything is super-sized.

Caudalings are excellent blacksmiths and merchants and are usually seen residing in forests in tribes of up to ten members with a female lead. Males compete for mating rights by showing off their tails; the male with the most tails is usually declared the winner of these contests, but sometimes the lesser male will fight the alpha to win the courtship.

Their primary method of attacking is by ambushing their victims from underground; if that doesn't work, they will use their large assortment of weapons to slay their foes. Should you encounter one of these titanic serpents, try to stay above them, as they are terrible climbers, but if you are playing as one, try to prevent your target from escaping to higher ground.

(I will try to commission an actual piece of art for this race soon, so stock internet images will have to do for now)
