Not much else is known about these creatures, only a few have been seen in the past thousand years. It is assumed that they would lead hard lives under the sea and would be on the verge of extinction, however that is an assumption based on the little information we know of them.

Young Tideborn grow quickly. They walk hours after hatching, attain the size and development of a 10-year-old human child by the age of 3, and reach adulthood by 15. The max lifespan is un known however they can slow down their metabolism in the deep to use less energy and therefore can live for a long time. The oldest know was around 800 years old.

Dragonborn are taller and heavier than humans, standing well over 6 feet tall and averaging almost 250 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet. You are very fast underwater however and have a base swim speed of 60 feet.
