Homebrew Draconic Elf Species Details

Slender and Scales

Draconic Elves look very much like elves being slender and graceful, though they do have scales but only in a few parts. The first draconic elf had red scales, but after time they grew in all the colors that dragonborn scales would. They are similar to elves ranging from under 5 feet to 6 ½ feet tall and weighing from 115 to 160, there isn't much difference between genders besides males are a little bulkier.

 

Draconic elves' colors are just like elves which include skin shades of copper and bronze, their hair can come in green, blue, and black, and their eyes are normally the same color as their scales.

 

A Hidden Life

Draconic elves are normally all hidden deep in forests that don't get many visitors, the reason being they don't know if other races would accept their existence, but some think that they would be fine but they are all too scared to test it out.  Even though they live to around 500 they find a way to keep them entertained in their small towns, they normally have the less recognizable draconic elves go into a town to get them hard to find resources.  There have been a brave few that have gone out to be adventurers, they've all gone out for the same reason and that's so they could experience the world and do more things than stay hidden all their life.

Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Charisma score increases by 1.

Age

Draconic Elves normally mature at the age of 25, and live to the age of 500

Size

Draconic Elves range from under 5 feet to 6 ½ feet, and normally weigh from 115 to 160. Your size is Medium.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 35.

Darkvoision

Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Keen Senses

You have proficiency in the Perception skill.

Fey Ancestry

You have advantage on saving throws against being charmed, and magic can’t put you to sleep.
