Homebrew Bronze Sharks Species Details

   Medium sized aquatic folk, these half dragon half shark folk live in lagoon like areas around ocean shores. They travel in small groups of three to four family members. Sometimes, young Bronze Sharks will venture out to seek adventure. Your scale pattern is like that of a Bronze dragon. A Bronze Shark can look like any shark, depending on the players desired choice. 

  Bronze Sharks reach maturity around 16 - 17 years of age. Males have large dorsal fins and a larger green stripes on their scales. Males also have low curling back horns, and shorter snouts. While females have smaller dorsal fins and smaller green stripes on their own scales. Females also have short straight horns and longer snouts.
 

 Bronze Sharks have a maternal instinct to protect the younglings of their own species. Regards of gender, they will protect their offspring at all cost.

 Bronze Sharks can also breath underwater, for they have small homes and hamlets residing under the water. Bronze Sharks will gather in large groups during mating seasons to protect and guard the eggs.

You have draconic ancestry.

Darkvision

Accustomed to twilit forests and the night sky, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Keen Senses

You have proficiency in the Perception skill.

Breath Weapon

You can use your action to exhale destructive energy. Your draconic ancestry determines the size, shape, and damage type of the exhalation. When you use your breath weapon, each creature in the area of the exhalation must make a saving throw, the type of which is determined by your draconic ancestry. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 2d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. The damage increases to 3d6 at 6th level, 4d6 at 11th level, and 5d6 at 16th level. After you use your breath weapon, you can’t use it again until you complete a short or long rest.
