Homebrew Draconic Half-Blood Species Details

Half-Bloods are looked down upon for both their Draconic ancestry and their lack of pure blood. Between a Draconic breed taking human form, and either an elf, dwarf, human, or any type of race, these half-breeds are the odd ones out when it comes to their racial groups. They often feel ostracized from their own bloodlines. From their parents, they are often accepted; but at times, some of these pregnancies are a mistake, and the children of the two are orphaned. Some are laid, others are carried in one of their parents' wombs.
The half-breeds tend to be looked at in a weird way -- not many seeing the half-breeds at all due to their rarity, others from the draconic bloodlines wanting to have nothing to do with them due to their “impure” blood. Others, well, they’re just fine with them.

The spit of dragons are often sweet, this is true for Draconic Half-Bloods. It may not be as potent, but the spit tastes of sugar and is used in many candies or drinks. Too much can be sickening like any other sweetener.
A kiss from a Half-Blood can give advantage to charisma for 1d4 hours.
Carnivorous Diet
Their Draconic bloodline only makes them able to eat animal products. Like cheese, meat, eggs, milk, etc.
Itchy Teeth
The teeth of the half-breeds tend to be itchy. The only thing that satiates the itch is blood from another race. This can be from eating raw meat, biting a willing companion of a party, or ripping into anyone or anything with blood. The blood will coat the teeth, and depending on the amount, can be prevented for 2D4 days.
If teeth aren't satisfied, you will not be able to concentrate.
From start of game, it takes 3 days for them to become itchy.
Tough Scales
Half-Bloods are born with scales that are as tough as metal. They gain +2 base AC.
Draconic Parts
From this list, roll two D4 2-3 times, or pick two or three parts for your character (make your own or pick as many as you want!):
1.Draconic Teeth: Be able to tear through flesh (1d6 damage) and satisfy itchy teeth.
2.Draconic Eyes: Be granted Dark vision. See 60 feet in dim light as if it were bright, dark light becomes dim, see in color still.
3.Claws (Hands and feet, nails only): Have long nails that do 1d6 damage.
4.Horns (Player choice): Have horns. Depending on shape, be able to attack with them for 1d6 damage
5.Tail: Be able to use a tail swipe attack that does 1d6
6.Draconic Legs: From Thigh to toes, have full scale-covered legs that look like a dragons. They can use their claws for 1d6 damage, and also get between half a foot to a full foot taller. They also let you climb 15 feet and burrow an extra 5 feet (if combined with the Draconic Arms)
7.Draconic Arms: From shoulder to Fingers, have full scale-covered arms that look like a dragons. They can use their claws for 1d6 damage. They let you climb 15 feet and extra 5 feet (if combined with the Draconic Arms)
8. Wings: Have Draconic wings that enable flight (30 feet)
Cold-Blooded
Draconic blood is cold. It is when they have fire in their bellies do they remain warm. With Half-Bloods, they have no such thing. They have no body heat to support themselves, and are vulnerable to cold.
Size
Draconic Half-Bloods can have a variety of body shapes and sizes. Some can be as short as four feet, some as large as seven. It depends if certain parts are chosen; if your character has Draconic legs, they can be a foot taller.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 30 feet
Magical Inclination
Due to dragons having a magical inclination, they can learn spells easier than others. They get +1 to intelligence, their time to learn spells and resorces to do so are halved.
Alignment
Half-Bloods can belong to any alignments. There's no such thing as a naturally good, neutral, or evil Draconic Half-Blood.
Languages
You speak Draconic and the other race you're born with.
Age
Half-Bloods can live between hundreds to thousands of years.

1. Dwarf: +1 Constitution
2. Elf: +1 Dexterity
3. Gnome: +1 Intelligence
4. Half-Elf: +1 Charisma, +1 to an other Ability Score
5. Halfling: +1 Dexterity
6: Half-Orc: +1 strength and Constitution
7. Human: +1 to any ability score
8. Tiefling: +1 charisma
