Homebrew Xicsxie Species Details

Description-

Xicsxie are small opossum folk who are known for their survival cunning and ability to fool anyone unknowing enough with their speciality to fake their death. They are use to living among the more wild and untamed parts of nature which is why Xicsxie are often not very well looked upon and they tend to live by themselves usually with large families that fit up to 7- 12 Xicsxie within them. Despite this a few Xicsxie due tend to live either within or around human settlements for easy convenience and as its beneficial to them. Despite their negative stereotype, they are actually often smart and usually are shareholders or even entrepreneurs when it comes to business.

One of the more well known of these is a semi- large, family owned tavern known as The Monkey’s Crossroad, it is situated at a crossroad between three towns, attracting adventurers, caravans, and any other persons who seek a place with a bed. The food and brew is all family made and its recipe is only within the family.

You can see in dim light within 30 feet if you as if it was bright light, however you can not discern color in darkness.

Fake Out

[Can use 2 times after one long rest] On reaction to being hit, roll a Performance check; the enemy must then roll a Wisdom check to determine if they killed you, if their roll fails or is lower than your performance check, they will ignore your body, allowing the character to get advantage on their next attack roll. This cannot be cast twice in the same fight nor on the same enemies.

The tail can reach 5 feet, and it can lift a number of pounds equal to 2X your strength score; You can perform lift, drop, or hold an object or creature; however you cannot wield nor use weapons, shields, tools, or magic items.
