Allows you to cast the Thunderwave spell as an ability once per short rest.

Whenever you would be reduced to 0 hit points, roll a d20, on an 15 or higher you are instead reduced to 1 hit point and your movement speed is reduced by 5, (this ability cannot reduce your movement below half) you can do this a number of times equal to half your CON modifier rounded down and at level 15 use your whole modifier.

Additionally, due to your increased strength and weight, you count as one size larger when grappling or being grappled and when determining push, pull, and carry weight. 

You are immune to poison and disease.

You are not required to take a long rest, however you can take a long rest in the form of a low power mode in which you are fully aware of your surroundings.
