Homebrew Apostle Lord Species Details

A superior demi-human class often referred to as the apostle demon, it is said that they evolve from a certain special Ogres. Being a very rare species they are almost considered extinct they have a great aptitude in almost all field and therefore have been considered messengers of the Gods hence the name Apostle Lord

Apostle Lords are a species of old long thought to be extinct, for many years some lords being originally Goblins who have grown into Hobgoblins then Ogres then finally the Apostle Lord, most Apostle Lords begin as Ogres but when they reach a certain age develop into Lords although uncommon a pure Apostle Lord may be born. Compared to an Ogre, Apostle Lord are a bit smaller (2 m height) though their muscles that are more dense On the forehead grows three thick and sharp horns that points directly upwards in an arc Blood-red eyes, able to see long distances. Waist-long hair due to the very small members of the race it is unconfirmed if it's a race trait or a male-only one, since the few females that have appeared have short hair. Some seem to have the capability to develop some sort of biological armour this armour that can be removed but has an incompatibility with other clothing and leaves the Lord half naked. The skin colour is related to the primary deity the Apostle Lord is affiliated with.

Many Apostle lords change appearance and gain new abilities based around the gods that they have been blessed by or are affiliated with since they act as their Apostles

When you score a critical hit with a melee weapon attack, you can roll one of the weapon’s damage dice one additional time and add it to the extra damage of the critical hit.

Ability Score Increase

Your Strength and Constitution score is increased by 2 and your Charisma score decreased by 1

Age

 Apostle Lords mature quite faster than humans, reaching adulthood around 3 human years, living for a max of 150 years

Alignment

Apostle Lords are a neutral race their nature only straying to that of the Gods that bless them

Apostle lords stand around 2m tall

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Darkvision

Apostle Lords, have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. Your sight is that of a tinged red where ever you look

Menacing

You gain proficiency in the Intimidation skill.

Relentless Endurance

When you are reduced to 0 hit points but not killed outright, you can drop to 1 hit point instead. You can’t use this feature again until you finish a long rest.

Languages

You can speak, read, and write Common Celestial and Abyssal.
