As an action, an Argonian can spit a glob of caustic spit at an enemy within 30 feet of you. The modifier to hit is Dexterity + Proficiency. The enemy takes 2d6 Acid damage on hit, and the damage increases to 3d6 at lvl 6, 4d6 at lvl 11, and 5d6 at lvl 16. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain this ability after a short or long rest.

Argonians can breathe underwater indefinitely.

Argonians are proficient with simple weapons and shortswords.

You have tough, scaly skin. When you aren’t wearing armor, your AC is 12 + your Dexterity modifier. You can use your natural armor to determine your AC if the armor you wear would leave you with a lower AC. A shield’s benefits apply as normal while you use your natural armor.
