Physical Description
Anubians appear as humanoid creatures, though they differ greatly from humans, as they share many traits with Anubis the gods of death. These creatures often have their full body covered in short fur along with a canine like snout and human like clawed feet and hands.
Most Anubians have a dark fur color with the great majority of their race having black fur, though there are rare cases for an Anubian to have lighter fur colors such as sandy gray or white, this trait also connects to their skin tone underneath thei fur, most having darker tanned tones of skin rather than pale tones.
Anubians hands have razor like claws that are often used for hunting, along with a dominant trait for amber colored eyes that gift them their darkvision.
History
Anubians are historically followers of death, believed to be descendants of a great god of the dead. Throughout their history Anubians have held a noble role in their society as watchers of life and its passing. Often living amongst the upper echelon of their people despite the work that they do with the dead, their natural wisdom and confident stance allowing them a seat on almost any governmental council

Anubians differ greatly based on their gender, with males standing well over 6 foot tall and females often barely making it to 5 foot. Your size is Medium.

You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.

Judgement
As an action, you can determine the heart of another creature that you can see within 30 feet of you, learning if it was good or evil. You can do this a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus and you can do it again after finishing a short or long rest. If the creature is evil in any way, you will have a +1d6 on damage rolls. If they are good, you will have -1d4 damage if you were to attack.
