History
During birth, the Vwinboare were enchanted by the wind literally making them part wind.
Society
In most places the Vwinbornes are hated and often just entering a city can get them executed, however there are places on tall mountains where the Vwinboare hide out and train.

The Vwinboare have no need for names however some name themselves or use the name their parents gave them when they were pregnant.

Blessed?. As a Vwinboare, the wind has blessed you making you have no need for sustenance of food, however this makes you require 2x the amount of water daily.
Wind's Agility. On arrival at 6th level and once again at 11th, 17th, and 20th level you get a +5 to walking speed.
Languages. The Vwinboare know Common, Vwin'th, and 1 more of your choice.
