Homebrew Bawklin Species Details
A race of flightless avian humanoids, the Bawklins dwell in jungles and forests. Xenophobic and mistrustful of outsiders, Bawklins tend to stick to communities of their own and have a strict hierarchy (or pecking order). A flock is led by the strongest male, and many who can't hope to challenge him often venture out on their own.
Standing upright, Bawklins are typically about 3 feet tall, stocky, and they have short, stout legs that taper to sharp talons. Feathers cover their bodies—usually white, red, orange, yellow, brown, or gray. Their heads are also avian, resembling those of chickens.
