Homebrew Demon Changeling Species Details

These strange beings are spawned from the fires of Hell however, unlike tieflings, these can change completely into human form whenever they want to.

Their demon form is a humanoid fire or smoke, depending on the intensity of the Changelings' power. Light gray smoke is very weak, dark gray smoke is just somewhat weak, black smoke is medium towards the low side, yellow fire is strong, orange fire is stronger, and red fire is strongest. However, it is rumored that some Demon Changelings have become so powerful, their fire has become white, but no official sightings of this have been reported. Their Demon forms also have blue veins running through them. Most Demon Changelings' humanoid Demon form is black smoke or yellow fire.

These beings are always incredibly intelligent, far more so than most other races.

They also have a set gender, it can't be seen in their demon forms, but in their human appearance it makes them look like a male or a female. They almost always look as good as possible in their human form.
