The Axolotian are tribal salamanders who are small but mighty. They live in tribal villages and primarily use spears.

Can only breath in water can live out of water without taking damage for one day

Allows the player to breath in the outside by creating a thin water film around their body

The axolotians get Proficiency in charisma checks

Get Spear prof

While a water film is active you can take more bonus actions
