Homebrew Axolotlian Species Details

Axolotlians are a race of amphibious humanoids that are closely related to the axolotl. They have smooth, moist skin that can be a variety of colors, ranging from pale pink to dark brown. Their faces have wide mouths with small, toothy grins, and they have large, round eyes that come in a range of colors.

Ability Score Increase: Your Dexterity score increases by 2, and your Constitution score increases by 1. 

Amphibious: You can breathe air and water, and you have a swim speed of 30 feet.

Regeneration: As a bonus action, you can regenerate a number of hit points 1d8. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.

Axolotl Heritage: You have proficiency in the Nature skill.

Aquatic Adaptation: You have resistance to cold damage, and you have advantage on saving throws against being paralyzed.

Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Aquan
