The owlbear also has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.

You have a powerful beak and talons that you can use to make unarmed strikes. When you hit with them, the strike deals 1d10 + your Strength modifier slashing damage, instead of the bludgeoning damage normal for an unarmed strike.

Because of your Owlbear physiology you have disadvantage on Sleight of Hand checks and to wield or use any weapons or tools.

When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks to let out a fearsome screech, forcing each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you to make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constution modifier). A target automatically succeeds on the save if it can’t hear or see you. On a failed save, a target becomes frightened for 1 minute. If the frightened target takes any damage, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. You can use your Fearsome Screech a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
