Size
Armoured Slimes have an amorphous form and can alter their size at will. Their base size is Small.
Speed
the base speed of an armoured slime is 9 metres.
Amorphous form
Their fluidolte body allows them to move through spaces as narrow as 2.5 cm. Non-magical bindings do not work with them, as they can slip away.
Devouring mass
Outside its armour, its acidic body can dissolve what you absorb. On a successful grapple check against a creature, you can choose to begin dissolving it inside you. The creature suffers acid damage equal to your unarmed strike + Constitution modifier at the end of each of its turns as long as it remains grappled.
Armour fusion
Armoured Slimes have the ability to merge with armour, becoming one with it. When they merge with armour, they gain the armour's AC bonus and any special abilities it provides.
Armour knowledge
You can also get some important memories and a general idea of the will and outlook of the former armour bearer.
Armour melting
Armoured Slimes have the ability to jump out of their armour, becoming a simple slime. When out of their armour, they gain the common abilities of a slime (amorphous form).
Adaptable defence
Armoured Slimes are beings that seek stability in a single suit of armour that they call home. As such, they gain resistance to a type of damage based on the armour material as long as they have spent enough time wearing the armour. For example, if they fuse with steel plate armour, they gain resistance to shear damage.
Beheaded agility
Armoured Slimes have advantage on Dexterity saving throws against effects that would render them prone.
Armour mastery
Armoured Slimes dominate light and medium armour.s.
Corrosive Form
Out of armour, they are proficient with their unarmed strikes, which deal 1d4 points of acid damage on hit. You also gain resistance to acid damage. They have disadvantage on attack rolls and skill checks requiring Strength while not fused with armour.
Last chance
With continued use of the armour (ability unlocked by using the same armour multiple times), the armour becomes permeated with the slime of the armoured slime, giving them one last chance if all save rolls are failed to disintegrate the armour and give them one last chance.
Language
Armoured Slimes can speak, read and write Common and an additional language of their choice.
