Homebrew Beastialian Species Details

A comet marches through the skies once every 54 years, every race has their own name for it but the beastmen call it Mær, "Mother". It was once this comet's arrival that led a meteor to earth, the size of a town it fell in the lands of Gravant, called Bestialia by the Samasi. Long after the cooldown of the meteorite and the comeback of wildlife to the now “valley of Mær” different beings went by to see what was this stone that fell from the skies probably thrown by the gods themselves, and here it is where we start to see its powers. The rock called Dozttir (daughter), capable of genetic transmutation takes and mixes the nature and genetic base of the being touching it with the last one to lay their hands or paws on it. Enter the beastmen, it is said that Furdur or "Father" was the first to go through this transmutation, combining his Asten nature with that of a bear. Furdur created the Onkeling, the first of the half man and half beast guarding the entrance to the valley of Mær, an order of monks taught to not let anybody near Dozttir unless they are a devoted being or a pure animal. In the valley of Mær every devotee of Mær and Furdur have been taken by the Onkeling in a pilgrimage to the rock of Dozttir to be made into one with a beast. It is said that you don't choose which animal you are gonna combine your nature with, the animals of the valley will roam freely and one day probably touch the rock unintentionally and thus only being able to find your next life as beastmen through an act of faith.

Ability increase, "beastmen": Your Strength increases by 2 and your Constitution score increases by 1.

2nd ability increase, "old life": You have proficiency on "history" and "perception".

Alignment: While they can be of any alignment, they tend towards chaotic and neutral as outcasts.

Age "two raced": You combine the ages of you previous race and from your new race.

New race "Dozttir's touch": you adquire permanently a half-man half-animal body, or a mix between to animals.

Languages: you speak common and beastialian.
