You get a plus 2 to your Constitution and plus 1 to your wisdom

Ethereal form

As a bonus action, you can temporarily alter your physical form. While in this form, you gain resistance to non-magical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage. The transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you dismiss it as a bonus action. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
