Homebrew Blood elf Species Details

A section of elves who evolved from ancestors known to experiment with blood of other races and themselves, as well as experimenting with blood magic. These experiments led to genetic mutations that would help fight diseases the blood of test subjects and the areas they work in and provide more oxygen in there blood for the said areas that less rich with oxygen. These mutations slowly led to their eyes and skin taking on a crimson red color, some may say this is punishment from the experimenting but it is nothing but evolution. Most of these experiments that led to their current involved them injecting the mixed experimented blood of multiple races. These experiments also lead to having a faster blood creation which may be a factor on why their skin is crimson red. Their experiments with blood magic is both disturbing and amazing, they manage to figure out to transmute others and there own blood into ways of healing or enhancing the strength of other spells. The disturbing side of these experiments led to those of greater skill with blood magic being to turn blood into poison, the smallest drop on the smallest of cuts would start a chain reaction inside the body killing the user from the inside. The enhancing of other spells using their own blood turns spells red and take a bit of blood from the user. Their best findings is what happens when they combine fire magic with their blood magic especially when they are angry.

(Ex: You want to do 10 extra damage it will cost you 10 hit points. 10 extra range 10 hit points. 5 extra healing 5 hit points (Doesn't apply to self for healing))
