Hunting Speciality
The Yaujta are known throughout the multiverse as incredible hunters rarely failing to capture their quarry. To achieve this, a Yaujta tends to specialize in one of two areas. That specialty grants them one of the following traits. Choose when you select this race:
Cloak. Yaujta have the ability refract light around themselves to conceal their presence from their prey. You gain the ability to cast the 2nd level spell Invisibility, with the caveat that you can only target yourself; Intelligence is the spellcasting modifier for this spell. You can use this trait a number of times equal to your Intelligence modifier per long rest. Once you cast the spell in this way, you must roll initiative before you can use it again.
Kill Gland. The Yaujta evolved in a violent fashion that had them develop a special ruby red gland located beneath their clavicle, that produces a dangerous hormone that causes the Yaujta to launch into a homicidal rage. As a bonus action, you can absorb the hormone into your system activating this homicidal rage. For 1 minute or until you miss an attack roll (whichever comes first), you deal an additional 1d12 damage on a successful weapon attack. For every 3 successful attacks, you gain one level of exhaustion. Once you have absorbed the hormone into your system, you cannot do so again until you complete a long rest.
