If you were resurrected quickly enough you can reproduce as normal otherwise you cannot reproduce.

Your flesh repairs itself as your adrenaline flows.

You restore 1d4 of HP at the start of your turn. You gain 1d4 for every 40 max HP you have.

1-39 = 1d4, 40-79 = 2d4, etc.

This only works if you think that the opponent is truly a threat. You can’t, for example, delay the end of combat to heal more. 

You must have more than 0HP to use this.

Your undead form makes you vulnerable to radiant damage but immune to poison damage, the poisoned condition, and disease.

Once per long rest, if you fall below 1HP you instead drop to 1HP.

The only time this can't be used is when your body is completely destroyed I.e. falling into lava.

You gain proficiency in 1 skill or tool from your past life.

You binding item is a magical item that keeps your soul in your body, it can be anything.

If you aren't in physical contact with you binding item you will slowly turn feral over the cause of 3 days.   

1 day - you start to crave flesh, biting people at random,

2 days - your speech becomes incoherent and your thoughts become muddled. You must roll a d4 before any action, if you roll a 1 you don't perform the action. 

3 days - you have fully reverted into a zombie and attack anything you see.

If your binding item is returned the effects are instantly reverted even if its been more than 3 days.
