Homebrew Dalrian Species Details

Incoming! Introducing the Dalrian race, inspired by the Red panda! All Dalrian come either Medium or small. Appearance wise, Dalrian can be short and stubby or tall and slim. They have more slimer coats in the summer while in the winter, they grow back their thick fluffy coat. On top of their head stands their pointy fluffy ears. Instead of having paw pads, their fur covers the bottom of their feet.

The average coat for a Dalrian is red and white but their are some cases of where their coats will change depending on the environment the Dalrian live in. In a more warm environments, they could obtain a coat of warm colors such as red, orange, yellow, etc. but this is the opposite if they were to live in a more cold habitat where they could get a coat change to more cool colors like blue, purple, green, etc.

Before a Dalrian can complete a full day of activities, the Dalrian must sleep for 16 hours before continuing anything that day. If this requirement is not met, the Dalrian will obtain 1 level of exhaustion.

Just like Red Pandas, Dalrian have scent-glands in the bottom of their feet that produce a colorless liquid. The Dalrian will use the underside of its tongue which is shaped like a cone, testing the liquid before marking their territory with it.

Glowstick

Whenever your in dark surrounding areas, the fur on your face and ears will glow and lights up 5 feet of the surrounding area.

Nightwalker

During nightfall, you have the ability to move around like a mouse. You get advantages to your stealth and your acrobatics checks. You also get +10 to your current movement speed. If your movement speed at day is 30 feet, at night it goes up to 40 feet
