Homebrew Arachne Species Details

This race resembles that of humanoids, with a spider’s lower half and additional eyes. They are naturally curious about many aspects of anything, or anyone that wanders into their territory; some are rather friendly and will try aiding you however they can, others will try and rip your throat out after restraining you with their webbing. They live on the outskirts of civilisations due to their arachnid physiology.

Upon choosing this race, you gain the following features:

Ability score increase

+2 Dexterity & a choice of either + 1 Wisdom or Intelligence

Darkvision

You can see in dim light as though it was bright up to 60ft and non-magical darkness as though it was dim light.

Knowledge of the Woods

You can choose between the Survival & Nature skills.

Natural Webbing

As silk is being stored inside of you, you can cast the Web spell a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus +1 additional time. The DC is 13 for the spell and will not hit your allies.
