Homebrew Caleb's Kobold Species Details

These are some of the smallest draconic creatures in the world, kobolds show their draconic lineage by their scales. Unlike normal kobolds these ones possess either electric blue, radiant purple, blinding red, or spark yellow pigmented scales which tell you of their connection to the storm. Legends tell of these kobolds falling from the sky or the clouds in some cases. In some lands, these kobolds serve blue dragons and bronze dragons however they are primarily independent from full dragons and typically claim half-dragons or dragonborns to be their leader however some sorcerers who possess a dragonmark have been seen ruling these kobolds before.
