Homebrew Altmer (High Elf) Species Details
The Dominion, led by the Thalmor, faced increasing opposition and resentment from various factions within Tamriel. The oppressive and supremacist policies of the Thalmor sparked rebellions and uprisings across the provinces, as dissidents and non-Elven races fought against their persecution. The Dominion's militaristic and expansionist agenda strained diplomatic relations with other nations, leading to conflicts and a loss of allies. Additionally, the continued suppression of religious freedoms, particularly the banning of the worship of Talos, further fueled resistance movements. Over time, the Thalmor's oppressive rule and their brutal tactics in suppressing dissent caused the Dominion's support to dwindle and their control to weaken.
