Homebrew Worldkeeper Species Details

A mix of Elves and Dragonborn, this unconquerable people carries the powers and skills of both the Elves and Dragonborn, allowing them to accomplish any task with ease. Their large bodies have the toughness of a dragon and their cunning minds allow them to solve any challenge at an efficiency level thought to be impossible. Thanks to their powerful skills in bot combat and magic, they have gained the favor of the gods of the earth, granting them the power. and responsibility, to protect and maintain the planet. It is their duty to stop any beast or creature that attempts to damage the balance of the world, and to restore the peace if such an event does occur.

Worldkeeper Traits

Due to their tough scales and Draconic ancestry, this race gets a bonus constitution modifier, as well as a breath weapon. They also gain a cantrip, Darkvision, and the speed from their elven blood.

Breath Weapon

Due to their Dragonborn blood and mastery of magic, the Worldkeepers may use their mastery to form raw magical energy into either a 5 by 30ft line or a 15ft cone. This attack does 2d6 Force Damage [6th] 3d6, [11th] 4d6, [16th] 5d6. The enemy can do a Dexterity saving throw to cut the damage in half if done successfully. However, the use of this powerful ability tires out your body and mind, forcing you to take a short rest before you can use it again.

Light Footed Armor

Due to the toughness of their skin form their Dragonborn blood and the agility of their feet from their Elven heritage, Worldkeepers can both take heavy damage while moving at speeds that should be impossible for their bodies.

Cantrip

You know one cantrip of your choice from the wizard spell list. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability for it.

Meditation

Due to their Elven traits, Worldkeepers only need 4 hours asleep, instead of 8. This allows them to carry out more their daily tasks with greater efficiency.

Martial Weapon Proficiency

Due to their task of protecting the world, the Worldkeepers gained a proficiency for martial weapons. This allowed them to bring down all enemies of the world with ease.

Darkvision

Thanks to your Elven ancestry, you have superior vision in dark and dim conditions. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
