Homebrew Constructed Sentience Species Details

a Constructed sentience is A special type of construct. a Constructed Sentience is unique in that it does not have it's own physical form. it is actually a strange phenomenon; the Conciousness of a Rogue Modron. sometimes, when a Modron goes rogue, it discovers concepts so alien to it's mind, such as the full truth of Individuality, that it often explodes and is lost forever. however, on a rare occasion when it is able to withstand the shock of this discovery, it's essence manages to hang on by storing itself in a fragment of the Modron's body. this fragment becomes a 'Heart,' which the Modron uses to attract Solid matter to form a new body. this body is not as durable as that of a more intact creature, so they constantly have to repair themselves. but with this plight comes great things, as these Modron essences now have personal freedom. they now travel the planes, marveling in the joy of individuality, completely unaware that the father of all Modrons, Mechanu,s is Watching them, waiting for the perfect moment to strike., so that he can eliminate them, in an attempt to make the multiverse a more orderly place.
