Homebrew Blessed by the Demon Fruit Species Details

A player of mine wants something like one piece's Kaido so this is what I'm doing here. the backstory very loosely is that the is a demon fruit and all who are blessed by it are granted extreme strength and power but it comes at a cost. Imagine a barbarian version of a warlock.

Blessed by the Demon Fruit Traits

Angry and vengeful, those blessed by the demon fruit have lost all sense of compassion and kindness. They are able to be neutral but not good. They are, however fiercely protective and loyal to any to whom they consider themselves in debt.

Ability Score Increase

Your Strength score increases by 2 and your Charisma score increase by 1.

Age

You live to be around 80 years old. The fruit takes too much for you to survive longer.

Size

Pretty similar in height and build, ranging from just under 7 feet to just over 8 feet. Your size is Medium.

Speed

Your base walking speed is 30 feet.

Languages

You can speak and write Common, Draconic, and Giant.

Draconic ancestry

Because of your Blue Draconic Ancestry, you gain resistance to lightning damage.

Powerful Build

You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.

Natural Athlete

You gain proficiency in the Athletics skill.

Alignment

Most Dragonborn goliaths tend to be either good or evil and overall, they lean towards being lawful. They can be chaotic, but those that are, are often exiled.
