Homebrew Arachne Species Details

The Arachne are humanoid creatures with attributes similar to spider's. For the most part they look similar to other humanoid's, the main difference being their more spider like traits. they have 6 additional, and more spider looking eyes, along with 4 additional appendages that are exactly like spider legs.

Physical description

They share the same height as humans being around 5'11 with some reaching 6'2 in some cases. The Arachne tend to have a deathly pale white skin tone along with blood red eyes, although in some cases the Arachne have had yellow or even purple eyes. they have white, black, grey, and even brown hair color's.

Language

The Arachne do not have their own unique language, instead, communication with a series of clicks and chirps; however, they do have a natural curiosity of other lifeforms thus they tend to learn their language and mannerisms.

Lifespan

The Arachne live a similar length of time to humans reaching maturity around 15 and living up to the age of 90 with some recorded cases of them living until 100.

as the Arachne are spider-like they have traits that are very similar to them.

Spider Climb

Like a spider you can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check. however due to your stature you may only do this a certain amount of times per short rest.

Arachne Webbing

As you are like a spider you gain many of their traits related to webbing, just don't question where the web comes from.

Web Creation

You can create a web based nest to rest in.

Web Walker

The spider ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

Web Sense

While in contact with a web, the spider knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.

Spider Vision

Seeing the world with your spider like eyes you gain 60ft of darkvision along with 10ft of blindsight.
