Either your Intelligence or Constitution score increases by 2, and either your Charisma or Dexterity score increases by 1.

You have a knack for learning new things. You gain the following benefits:

• You gain one skill proficiency of your choice, one tool proficiency of your choice, and fluency in one language of your choice.
• Choose one skill in which you have proficiency. You gain expertise with that skill, which means your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make with it. The skill you choose must be one that isn’t already benefiting from a feature, such as Expertise, that doubles your proficiency bonus.

Crushing Pin (Bear Form w/o Weapons). The bear has an advantage on attack rolls for any creature grappled by it.

Keen Smell. The bear has advantage on wisdom (Perception). Checks that rely on smell.

Bite (Bear Form w/o Weapons). Melee Weapon Attack: (Strength Modifier) to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: (1d8+ strength modifier) piercing

Claw (Bear Form w/o Weapons). Melee Weapon Attack:  (Strength Modifier) to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: (1d6+6 strength modifier) slashing.

Multiattack (Bear Form w/o Weapons). Melee Weapon Attack (one with each of its claws): (Strength Modifier) to hit, reach 5ft, two targets. Hit: (2d6+ strength modifier) slashing.

Bestial Shifting: You can transform into other beasts 5 times a day. After the 5th time there will be costs to shifting.

Human Shifting: You can transform into your human form 5 times a day. After the 5th there will be costs to shifting.

You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language that you and your DM agree is appropriate for your character.
