Awakened Wolf Traits
Your awakened state combined with your wolf nature grants you certain traits and abilities.Quadruped
Your body type is very different from the average humanoid and sometimes ill-suited for living in their world. You are considered a Beast instead of Humanoid.
Without aid, you can only wield one object or weapon at a time and it cannot be a ranged weapon. While you do so you can no longer make use of your Bite and the Use an object interaction on anything other than the item you're holding. You can still perform the verbal and somatic components of spells with your maw and limbs however.
You cannot wear armor specifically designed for humanoids, if you gain proficiency in an armor type, such as from a class or feature, you can only wear it if the armor is considered barding. (See "Barding", page 155 of the Player's Handbook).
Additionally, you have disadvantage on using tools or objects that typically require hands to operate.
Ability Score Increase
Your Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores each increase by 1.
Age
Wolves typically reach adulthood at around age 3 to 4 and can live to be about 30 but don't often do so in the wild with some rare exceptions. The effect of being awakened on an individual's lifespan has not been properly observed.
Alignment
While typically unaligned, becoming awakened allows wolves to be any alignment though they typically stay neutral.
Size
Wolves stand between 3 and 4 feet and weigh between 120 and 140 pounds. Your size is medium.
Speed
Your base walking speed is 40ft.
Languages
You can speak, read and write Common and one other languages. You can also speak with animals without the need of a spell.
Wild Beast
As a beast you have proficiency in the Survival skill.

Wolves have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Fang and Claw
Your fangs and claws are your nature weapons. You can use them as melee weapons.
You can make a bite attack once per round if your maw is empty. On hit you do 2d4 + STR piercing damage. Additionally, on hit you can attempt to throw your target to the ground if they are one size larger than you or less. The target must make a strength saving throw against your STR dc or be knocked Prone.
You can also use your claws to make melee weapon attacks against your target that deal 1d6 + STR slashing damage
