Homebrew Canian Species Details

Canians are a race of humanoids resembling humans with the head, tail, and paws of dogs. Each Canian resembles a different species of dog.

Canian Traits

Canians are swift and agile, with heightened senses and improved hunting and tracking abilities. They also have a powerful bite and fight fiercely when cornered.

Ability Score Increase

One ability score increases by three, or three scores increase by one each.

Keen Smell

The Canian gains a +3 bonus to Wisdom (Survival) or Intelligence (Investigation) checks that rely on smell.

Bite

The Canian has the ability to bite. This attack replaces the Unarmed Strike and can be used as a bonus action.
