When pushed or pulled by an ability, the Celents only move half as far as they otherwise would have.

Ability Score Increase

Increase one ability score of your choice by 2, and another score of your choice by 1

Refractal Vision

Celents don't "see" in the same way most do. When light refracts through the core, it becomes entangled with the magic inside. When the light leaves the celents, they can still feel the magic in the light, allowing them to "see" everything that the light hits.
